Outline of our Policies

Our shutters are made to measure, they will only fit your windows or doors. You will be asked to decide on colours and options prior to us building the units. With this in mind there are no circumstances under which we can have the items retuned to us if they meet in full the agreed specifications and signed off survey.

We will survey and advise and we will arrive at a joint agreement on what you require,we cannot commission the build until 50% deposit, non refundable, is remitted.

Delivery time is from 6 to 8 weeks as these are made only after you agree to all the details. Not being mass produced they do take some time to make - but they are well worth the wait

They will be delivered in robust packing to your designated address and within a few days your shutters will be installed. In the meantime DO NOt sign for damaged goods - the responsibility will reside with you if you do. When you have accepted the goods keep them safe and sound

Within a few days we will be fitting the shutters and when we have finished collect the balance of the costs from you in exchange for a final invoice
